Frank brings over 25 years of real estate and project management expertise to OPS Group. His experience spans across several industries within the private and public sectors. Under Frank's leadership the OPS Group team has successfully provided space acquisition, planning, design and closeout services, logistics support and coordination nationwide. Frank's demonstrated ability to successfully leverage his expertise with a keen focus on customer satisfaction allows him to effectively balance a big picture strategy with performance excellence.
OPS Group consultants provide expertise in the full life cycle of Space, Asset and Logistics management. Our vast areas of experience include analysis of the impact on proposed Services of Work with regard to cost and evaluation of the technical feasibility. Identifying all processes necessary to ensure a streamlined, auditable program that incorporates guidelines and regulations. Assisting in detailed and sustained review of inventory, investigation, audit, discrepancy resolution and routine reporting on the status of all accountable assets. Additionally we are able to contribute to the review and verification of vendor contract deliverables.
